Born and raised in Saline County, Plattner attended Marshall Elementary and Santa Fe R-10 High School graduating May, 1976. She attended Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg and Missouri Valley College, Marshall majoring in Accounting.
Plattner’s public service began with the appointment to City Clerk of Grand Pass in 1981. She was elected to the Grand Pass City Council and served the city for a total of 15 years. Becky was elected Saline County Presiding Commissioner in 2002 and re-elected in 2006, was the first Presiding to be re-elected in 25 years. In addition to her elected office she serves as Budget Officer of Saline County. In 2007 Governor Matt Blunt appointed her to the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Becky is a proud supporter of Future Farmers of America, 4-H Programs and The University of Missouri Extension Program. She has served as a consultant to the Grand Pass Special Road District, the Pump District, Cemetery Board and the Saline County Lighthouse Shelter for Domestic Abuse. She is an active member of the Farm Bureau, National Wildlife Conservation Federation, Saline County Chapter Quail Unlimited, Saline County Cattlemen’s Association, Santa Fe Agri-Leaders and Missouri Young Farmers.
Becky is an agricultural advocate and promotes the agricultural industry through public speaking engagements. She is currently attending Missouri Valley College working towards a Public Relations Degree.
After the sudden death of her husband, Russell, Becky has sold their part of the family farming business to his brother. Becky and her two daughters; Jamie and Michaela Orear live in a 100-year-old home in Grand Pass.

Joyce Williams, Manager
Joyce grew up in Marshall, Missouri. After graduating from Marshall High School, attended the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Missouri where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Education degree. Upon graduation, she taught social science and coached girls basketball and volleyball at the secondary level in the Lee's Summit School District, Lee's Summit, Missouri. From there, she worked for ten years at Contemporary International Productions, St. Louis, Missouri where she developed the Corporate Entertainment Division, producing national entertainment events for Fortune 500 companies. For the next thirteen years, Joyce worked in Seattle, Washington first as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the King County Stadium "Kingdome" and then as the Director of Marketing and Economic Development for the King County Park System. With a desire to be close to family, Joyce returned home to Marshall, Missouri where she was the Executive Director of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce. Next she worked for Meyer Communications, Springfield, Missouri until asked to return to Contemporary Productions in St. Louis. Joyce currently resides in Glendale, Missouri and is an Account Executive with KMOX, an affiliate of CBS Radio.

Tyler Bargfrede, Treasurer
Tyler grew up in Alma, Missouri. He attended and graduated from Santa Fe R-10 High School where he earned his state FFA degree and later his American FFA degree, as well as being selected as one of the Best of the Best and was selected for the National Honor Role. He then attended the University of Missouri Kansas City then the University of Phoenix majoring in Business Administration and Accounting. For the past five years he has served as treasurer and secretary for the Alma Community Club and worked on his families farm in rural Missouri. Currently and for the past three years he has worked for a privately owned Certified Public Accountant’s office.
